I am constantly amazed when I view food websites and see the variety of dishes and the time spent by the website authors. One common dish often materializes in a multitude of forms. I love to browse them for recipes and often combine several to prepare a dish.
The world always seems so much smaller when you see websites from around the globe, full of special family recipes and treasured cooking methods. The pictures alone transport you to exotic lands full of spices and tropical plants. I learned what a Dragon Fruit is on the Internet and I hope to actually be able to taste one some day.
